By approving the order, the purchaser confirms all design details, inscriptions, and specifications are accurate. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. No work will begin until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, or approved electronic payment. Lead Time: Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order. Delays caused by supplier availability, weather, or other unforeseen factors are not the responsibility of the seller. Custom Orders: All columbariums are custom-built. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made, and orders are non-refundable. Installation: If installation is included, site access must be clear and ready prior to the agreed installation date. Any delays caused by the purchaser may result in rescheduling fees. Ownership and Risk: Title and risk pass to the purchaser upon delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.
